Innovator’s Dilemma by Clayton Christensen
An amazing book that really makes you stop and think about what’s really happening when companies in new industries make a killing while others lose—sometimes even to the point of going out of business.
It’s a little wordy and academic, but it’s totally worth reading if you’re doing new and interesting things. Or turning something normal into something a little more special.
